Sewcials aren’t just about stitching — they’re your ticket to an afternoon of fabric, laughter and “ohhh I never thought of that!” inspiration. Bring whatever you’re working on, escape the to-do list, and soak up the magic of sewing in great company. Diane is there to help in any way, from a)probably doing most of your cutting to b) providing pattern ideas or c) guiding you through a tricky technique and most of all, making sure you're as happy as poss with what you work on. Your opinion of your work is WAY more important than anyone else's, so you'll often hear me ask - "are you happy with it?".
No rules. No waiting for the “right” workshop. Just you, your project, and a room full of stitch-loving women who know that sewing is more fun together.

If sew days are the starter, retreats are the full banquet — fabric, fun, and a quilt parade for dessert. The retreats take four glorious days just for you and your sewing. Stitchscape retreats have been held everywhere from the 4⭐ Thornton Hall Hotel on Wirral Peninsula, to an Airbnb barn, to the dramatic landscapes of Eryri National Park in Wales. You’ll have the time and space to sink into your projects, enjoy good company, and maybe sneak in a spa session or a countryside stroll. We round things off with a joyful quilt parade on the final day — a great “ta-da!” moment to celebrate what you’ve made and the memories stitched along the way.
